Covid Screening

• At the beginning of each shift, all staff members are screened for COVID 19 symptoms. Any staff member who screens positive will be sent home before any patients are seen and asked to test for COVID 19 

• Each pt is screened for COVID-19 symptoms when we are confirming their appointment. Any patient who screens positive has their appointment put on hold 

• When a patient arrives at the office they are once again screened for COVID-19 symptoms.  Anyone who screens positive will have their appointment rescheduled.
